Some stores require the cardholder in person. If yours does, we tell you straight away and return every cent.
Your driver isn't anonymous. Every Pakd driver is individually approved before they can take a job — we verify their name, mobile and driver's licence, and we text you the name of the person collecting your order before they go. At the counter they must present your barcode and a written authority naming them, and store staff check their photo ID against it — so the store verifies them as well.
They photograph your sealed order at the counter, and again at your door. They're paid only after that second photo — and if your order never arrives, you're refunded in full. We're holding the money, not them.
Most stores offering click & collect — Kmart, Target, Myer, Big W, Bunnings and many more. A few stores require the cardholder to collect in person; if yours is one of them, we'll tell you before you pay, or refund you in full if we find out afterwards.

By card, through Stripe — either from the confirmation screen after you upload your order, or from the secure link we text you. You never pay the driver directly and no card details are ever shared with them.
