You're an independent contractor, so your own vehicle and personal cover applies as it does with any delivery work. On the parcel itself: every collection is barcode-verified and photographed at pickup and drop-off, and disputes are settled from those records — you're not personally on the hook for the value of an order you've delivered and photographed.
